DELIVERY
We send your order within 5 working days. We always provide a track&trace number. Delivery time depends on distance. The drawing or print you buy is send to you by express mail and insured against damages. We send the work in the best possible protection. Nonetheless, damages my occur during transport. If that happens, you can choose to either receive a new work, of the same price, or a complete refund (including transport). We use POSTNL to send you the drawing, the Dutch national postage service. Postnl offers a track&trace number and has excellent service. Click here for more information about our return policy.

FRAMING
We always use box frames from I love art, which means your drawing hangs loose, between 1 or 2 cm behind the glass (depending the size of the frame). These are high-quality frames, made of natural wood and have real glass in front (not plexiglass). It takes around 5 work days to frame the drawing and send it to you. We keep you up-to-date in the mean time. The frame will be made after your purchase. During this time we keep you up-to-speed about all the steps in this proces.
